In somatic therapy, we use movement, breath, narrative work, and hands-on treatment to help you process tension, trauma, and emotions in a way that feels approachable and sustainable.
Creating safety and showing up with presence is what makes this work effective. I blend traditional massage with reiki and fascia work, using slow, intentional pressure to help your body loosen and truly settle.
Somatic therapy is a body-based treatment for chronic pain, anxiety, trauma, and patterns that haven’t fully resolved through traditional therapy or medical care. My work is influenced by Somatic Experiencing (SE), a specific method that focuses on helping the body process and release stored stress more gently than other methods. The goal is long-term relief from your symptoms.
Instead of only talking through problems or venting, we will pay attention to what’s happening in your body in real time and use that as the entry point for relief.
Clients come to me for:
-
Chronic pain and recurring tension
-
A constant feeling of anxiety, stress, or overwhelm
-
Trauma and unresolved emotional patterns
-
Injuries that physical therapy hasn’t resolved
-
Feeling disconnected or dissociated

Ryan Autumn
LMT, BA, CPT, Reiki II
I am a licensed massage therapist in Phoenix with training in somatic experiencing and graduate-level psychology. My work is grounded in the body and guided by the nervous system.
While I’ve trained for nearly a decade, what matters most is how I show up in the room. My sessions are steady, present, and attuned to what your system needs in each moment.

A Return to Self
Choosing therapeutic healing is more than self-care; it’s a way of choosing self-improvement. In a world that pushes us to go faster, achieve more, and hold everything together, our bodies often carry that weight.
Here, we slow down. We listen to what your nervous system is saying, explore the places that feel tense or disconnected, and bring your body back to balance so that you can show up better for your family, work, and self.
